Returns and Refunds Policy

If there are any serious issues with the file that cannot be solved in maximum 5 business days, reach out and let us know via [email protected] within 14-days and we'll issue a full refund.

Please note we cannot issue a refund if you simply change your mind after purchasing, decide not to use the file, “purchased the product by mistake”, or are unfamiliar with Horizon UI's features.

In case you need another version of Horizon than the one you got, please send us a message at our support email address, and we will try our best to make this thing possible.

If we issue a refund, you agree to delete all files within 24 hours and are not permitted to use Horizon UI and its files in projects (including personal/non-commercial projects).

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse a refund, especially if you've previously purchased the product, requested a refund, and then re-purchased the product to access updates.

**IMPORTANT: Since this Horizon UI is a digital product template that comes with .zip files that we will no longer have access to, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is a problem that can be solved or if it is a problem that is not directly upon us (back-end integrations, and so on).

We cannot take the risk of using the product after the refund as long as we have given you a solution to your situation and everything should be fine, so please understand that this is not a subscription that can be canceled or managed or a physical product that can simply be refunded.**

IMPORTANT: If we issue a refund, the license you got will no longer be valid and the usage of the product after the refund in any other projects will be considered a violation of our terms and usage rights, and if there will be the case, this situation will be analyzed under the law. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
